Award-Winning Songstress Unplugs for Her First-Ever
Intimate Acoustic Performance
Canadian artist Avril Lavigne, who blazed her way onto the music scene just five years ago, sits down for her first-ever all-acoustic performance exclusively for Control Room-produced MSN “Music in Concert” series. Performing tracks from her latest number one album, The Best Damn Thing, including “Girlfriend” and “Hot”, Avril also performs new renditions of favorites such as “Sk8er Boi,” “Complicated,” and “I’m With You” as well as chilling covers of Bob Dylan’s “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” and Sarah McLachlan’s “Aida”. This exclusive uninterrupted performance debuts on Thursday, November 29 only on MSN’s “Music in Concert” presented by Control Room.
Control Room has produced nearly 100 live shows including Live Earth where more than 55 million videos streamed on MSN in the first two weeks – the largest online audience ever for an online concert.
