Control Room is seeking an Assistant Controller to report directly to the CFO. You would be responsible for enforcing adherence to company’s financial policies, its accounting practices, maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. General accounting responsibilities (QuickBooks) include asset accounting and payroll of two different entities.

Regarding upcoming projects, accounting will include project and production cost accounting (concerts) and intellectual properties/royalty payments. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s system of accounts and keep books and records on all company transactions and assets.

Responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll and other tax rules, regulations, and laws.
